The staff is dedicated to guest satisfaction but may not automatically supply room essentials. The location is amazing, close to Marina and the sea, although far from entertainment spots. The dining experience is mixed, with helpful service but lacking in quality when ordered as an extra charge. Overall, the facilities are well-maintained and modern.

The hotel is situated in a wonderful location with many facilities nearby, making it convenient for guests. The rooms, although spacious and offering an amazing view, were initially not cleaned to the expected standard. The service was excellent, with over-friendly staff who were very helpful. Despite the beautiful location, the presence of flying pests made the outdoor experience less enjoyable. The dining experience provided a good variety of options but was noted to be of lower quality compared to other aspects of the hotel.

Arriving at the hotel, I found the rooms weren't clean, with uncleaned bathrooms and dust everywhere. However, after requesting cleaning, the rooms were eventually cleaned and turned out to be quite comfortable and quiet. It's worth noting that the connected doors can make it easy to hear neighboring guests. The cleanliness could have been better, though.
